Okaz International for Safety and Security is seeking skilled Fire Alarm Technicians to install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems. The role involves ensuring all systems are fully operational, compliant with safety standards, and properly documented.
FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Fire Alarm Technician.
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with fire pump panels (UL and local systems).
- Knowledge in programming fire alarm panels is an advantage.
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.
- Test and troubleshoot existing alarm systems.
- Perform inspections to ensure systems are installed according to code and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection and maintenance reports.
- Diagnose and repair addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
- Work with fire pump panels (UL and local standards).
- Program fire alarm control panels (advantage).
- Use hand tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.
