Naseer Ali Jihad A. Kareem Al Dulaimi is seeking skilled Tailors to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for garment alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. Experience in retail tailoring is an advantage, and training will be provided for embroidery work if required.

Tailor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in tailoring or garment alteration.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• NC II in Dressmaking or a related vocational course is required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in a retail store or mall-based tailoring shop is an advantage.
• Embroidery experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform garment alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring according to customer requirements.
• Measure, cut, sew, and fit garments with precision and attention to detail.
• Alter clothing such as dresses, trousers, skirts, jackets, uniforms, and other garments.
• Operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct final fitting and quality inspections to ensure garments meet customer expectations.
• Repair damaged garments and replace zippers, buttons, hems, and other components.
• Assist with embroidery work when required; training will be provided if necessary.
• Maintain sewing equipment and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Provide professional customer service and assist clients with fitting and alteration requests.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
