Store Keeper

Qualifications:

• Male and female applicants are welcome.
• Applicants must be not more than 40 years old.
• Must have 3–5 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or storekeeping.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have knowledge of inventory management, stock control, receiving, issuing, and storage procedures.
• Must be familiar with warehouse documentation, inventory records, stock reports, and material requisition forms.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management or warehouse systems.
• Must be able to inspect, identify, classify, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Must have good organizational, numerical, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsible, and capable of working independently or with a team.
• Must be physically fit to handle and move materials when required, while following proper safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record all received, issued, returned, and transferred items in the inventory management system or stock records.
• Organize and maintain the store or warehouse to ensure materials are properly labeled, classified, and stored.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel based on approved requisition forms.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare stock reports to ensure sufficient supplies are available for project operations.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with actual stock balances.
• Report damaged, missing, expired, or excess materials to the supervisor or management.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and warehouse personnel regarding material deliveries, shortages, and replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, delivery receipts, material requests, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor the condition of warehouse facilities and ensure that materials are stored safely and systematically.
• Implement proper housekeeping, security, and safety procedures within the storage area.
• Prepare inventory summaries and other reports as required by the Store Supervisor or management.

• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
