Initial Saudi Arabia is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Store Crew members to join its ice cream store operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve menu items, maintain store cleanliness, and support daily operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least 5’3″ in height.
• With a pleasing personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English; basic Arabic is an advantage for GCC deployment.
• Willing to work in an ice cream store or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Preferably with experience in a QSR, café, or other food service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in basic food safety, food handling, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic, reliable, customer-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve ice cream, beverages, and other menu items in accordance with company quality and presentation standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and process cash, card, and other payment transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the store, dining area, counters, and food preparation stations.
• Follow food safety, food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and proper storage of products and supplies.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
