Bayan Dental Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Sterilization Technician for placement in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and infection-controlled clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection control standards, and proper handling of medical and dental equipment.

STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN

• Must be a CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Sterilization Technician or similar role.
• Age requirement: 20 to 40 years old.
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection control practices, and instrument handling.
• Ability to operate and maintain sterilization equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
• Operate sterilization equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor sterilization processes and ensure proper completion of sterilization cycles.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines and healthcare safety procedures.
• Inspect instruments before and after sterilization to ensure cleanliness and proper condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area.
• Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support dental staff by ensuring the availability of properly sterilized instruments and supplies.
