STAFF NURSE

- Emergency Room (ER)
- Operating Room (OR)
- Labor and Delivery (L&D)
- Other relevant specialty areas
Qualifications:
- Newly assigned bedside nurses are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, CCU, or General Ward nursing.
- Candidates with experience in specialty areas such as ER, OR, L&D, and other clinical units may also be considered.
- Must have experience working in a secondary or tertiary hospital.
- Strong clinical assessment, patient-care, and critical-thinking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, confidentiality, and professional nursing standards.
- Reliable, compassionate, responsible, and committed to delivering quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care according to established clinical standards.
- Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with hospital policies.
- Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and promptly report significant changes to physicians or senior nursing staff.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and other required documentation.
- Participate in patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and handover procedures.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, procedures, and health management.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a safe and sanitary patient-care environment.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Properly operate and maintain nursing equipment and ensure necessary supplies are available.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical care initiatives.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable healthcare standards.
- Perform other nursing duties appropriate to the assigned unit or specialty.
