Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Nursing.
- Must possess a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of one (1) years of hospital experience. Private duty nurses are also encouraged to apply.
- NCLEX, IELTS, and VisaScreen holders are an advantage.
- Successful candidates will be assigned to California.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the highest standard of care.
- Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Perform routine nursing procedures such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Assist physicians and surgeons during medical procedures and operations as required.
- Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and nursing assistants.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge by participating in training, workshops, and other educational opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
