Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing.
  • Must possess a valid PRC license.
  • Minimum of one (1) years of hospital experience. Private duty nurses are also encouraged to apply.
  • NCLEX, IELTS, and VisaScreen holders are an advantage.
  • Successful candidates will be assigned to California.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the highest standard of care.
  • Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
  • Perform routine nursing procedures such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
  • Assist physicians and surgeons during medical procedures and operations as required.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and nursing assistants.
  • Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
  • Continuously enhance professional knowledge by participating in training, workshops, and other educational opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
