ADMIN OFFICER

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in administration or office support.
• Vocational certificate or TESDA certificate, as stated in the vacancy.
• Good organizational, time-management, and recordkeeping skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and clerical activities to support company operations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, reports, correspondence, and records.
• Handle filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and accessible.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and internal communications.
• Assist management and other departments with administrative requirements.
• Receive and respond to routine inquiries from employees, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate the procurement of necessary materials.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and updating company records.
• Track incoming and outgoing correspondence and follow up on pending documents.
• Support the preparation of reports, forms, and other administrative paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company information and records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
