PPF Technician
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience as a PPF Technician.
- Must have proven expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tint installation.
- Must be skilled in precise film cutting, fitting, and application.
- Must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality workmanship.
- Experience working with luxury vehicles is highly preferred.
- Must be familiar with film installation tools, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- Must be able to work carefully and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle body panels to help protect paintwork from scratches, stone chips, and other surface damage.
- Install window tint films according to customer requirements and applicable standards.
- Accurately measure, cut, fit, and apply films to vehicle surfaces.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and inspecting them before installation.
- Ensure film application is smooth and free from bubbles, wrinkles, dust, and visible imperfections.
- Use appropriate tools and installation techniques to achieve precise results.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and proper film alignment.
- Handle luxury and premium vehicles with care to avoid damage during installation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Care for installation tools and equipment and follow established workshop procedures.
- Identify installation issues and perform necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship.
