Specialty Medical Center is seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional nursing care in a clinical and home-care environment, monitor patients’ conditions, assist with treatments, and ensure quality patient care. Applicants with a valid PRC license and at least one year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical center are encouraged to apply.
Staff Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid PRC license.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical center.
- Registered Nurse with a recognized nursing degree.
- Good clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-care and observation skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional.
- Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Willing to work in a home-care setup.
- Home-care assignment is not stay-in.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients according to established healthcare standards.
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with their daily healthcare and medical needs.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures when required.
- Provide health education and appropriate guidance to patients and their families.
- Maintain proper infection prevention, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate emotional and physical support to patients.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Follow hospital, clinic, and home-care policies and nursing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain professional conduct while working in a home-care environment.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
