SOFT SERVICES OR CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision, facility management, or soft services.
• Preferably 40 years old or below.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning and soft services activities across the facility.
• Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with management regarding supplies, equipment, and resource needs.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory.

• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
