SHIPPING & LOGISTIC MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Filipino applicants only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Customs, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, distribution, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
- Experienced in international shipping, import/export processes, and freight documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple logistics activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage logistics teams and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international and domestic shipping procedures, customs requirements, and freight documentation.
- Oversee import and export processes, ensuring accuracy of declarations, permits, and related paperwork.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes, optimize supply chain operations, and reduce costs.
- Manage end-to-end booking, tracking, and movement of containers.
- Monitor logistics performance to ensure quality, quantity, delivery schedules, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives are achieved.
- Prepare performance reports, conduct data analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, freight partners, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and complaints.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration across supply chain operations.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, distribution, and transportation processes.
