PINOY STAFFING D.O.O is seeking hardworking and customer-oriented Store Attendants for deployment to Croatia. The successful candidate will support store operations by maintaining product displays, handling bakery tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.
STORE ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least high school graduates.
- Must have experience working in supermarkets, restaurants, or fast food establishments.
- Knowledgeable in product stacking, stock rotation, and store display arrangements.
- Familiarity with bakery preparation, baking, and food handling procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Good customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling stocking, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Stack and arrange goods properly while following product rotation procedures and company standards.
- Maintain product displays, promotional areas, and overall store appearance according to company guidelines.
- Prepare, bake, and stack bakery products while following hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Inspect products to ensure quality, freshness, and correctness before display or sale.
- Inform supervisors immediately regarding damaged, expired, or low-stock products.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide quality customer service when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, storage areas, bakery stations, and work areas.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Support inventory handling, restocking, and general store operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

I’ve been working in a grocery store for a year and my responsibility is to monitor stocks and delivery, expiration and arranging stocks at the file, I am responsible also in a cashiering station which I count and remit the money on time.
