Worldlink Cooperative Association is seeking highly skilled Sheet Metal Workers specializing in metal press processing and welding to join manufacturing operations in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating, shaping, and assembling sheet metal components while ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with production standards.

SHEET METAL WORKER (Metal Press Processing/Welding) (TITP)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sheet metal work, metal press processing, or welding.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) dated not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Willing to work in Japan under company policies and regulations and the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).
• Strong skills in metal fabrication and welding processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, forming, and assembling metal parts.
• Operate metal press machines and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.
• Conduct welding tasks to join and reinforce metal components.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform adjustments and corrections on fabricated parts as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in good working condition.
• Follow workplace safety standards and company production procedures.
• Support other fabrication and production tasks as required.

Skill Standards and Language Proficiency

(A) First Timer

1. Prometric Exam in desired skill category
2. JLPT N4 or JFT Basic with a score above 200.

(B) If TITP Graduate applying to same skill category

1. OTIT or JITCO Certificate
2. Grade 3 Certificate (Senmonkyuu)
3. If TITP Graduate, no need for JLPT N4 or JFT Basic.

(C) If TITP Graduate applying to a different skill category

1. OTIT or JITCO Certificate
2. Prometric Exam in desired skill category
3. If TITP graduate, JLPT N4, or JFT Basic are required.
