SERVICE CREW WITH CASHIER EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in fast-food restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or similar food service establishments.
• Must have previous work experience in McDonald’s, Jollibee, or Burger King.
• Applicants with no previous work experience in Kuwait are preferred (NO EX-KUWAIT).
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have experience operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and processing customer orders.
• Knowledge of cash handling, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payment processing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle customer inquiries, take orders accurately, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform cashiering, food service, and general restaurant cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the restaurant’s POS system.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions securely and accurately.
• Issue receipts, handle customer payments, and ensure proper cash accountability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, promotions, and available services.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to restaurant procedures, when assigned.
• Assist customers with order concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, counters, dining area, and other assigned workspaces.
• Assist with cleaning tables, clearing used trays and utensils, and maintaining dining area sanitation.
• Replenish packaging materials, condiments, and other service supplies as needed.
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards, hygiene procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other related service crew and cashier duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant management.
