Nichiei Koushou Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and motivated Scaffolders to join its construction team in Japan. This is an excellent opportunity for first-time overseas workers who are eager to build a rewarding career in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• First-time to work in Japan (TITP VISA)
• At least a high school graduate
• With at least 6 months and above work experience as a scaffolder or in any construction-related work
• Willing to undergo 2½ months of Japanese language training after employer’s interview (FREE tuition fee)
• No visible tattoos
• Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding work
• With good communication skills
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions

Responsibilities:

• Erect scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project requirements
• Dismantle scaffolding after completion of work
• Inspect scaffolding components to ensure safety and stability before and during use
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations at the work site
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools and materials

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
