Australian Skilled Migration is seeking skilled and safety-focused Scaffolders to support construction projects across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and inspecting scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in college or completion of a 1-year vocational course.
• Experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling.
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and construction regulations.
• Ability to inspect scaffolding structures and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Strong ability to work with supervisors and construction teams on site.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Erect, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
• Ensure scaffolding systems are stable, secure, and properly installed before use.
• Inspect scaffolding components regularly to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Follow scaffolding plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions accurately.
• Identify and report any defects, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with other construction trades to support site operations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and scaffolding materials in good condition.
• Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by site supervisors.
