Kabayan Central Market is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Salesmen/Salesladies for placement in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, providing excellent service, and supporting daily store sales operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to communicate effectively while helping customers find suitable products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

SALESMAN/SALESLADY

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Good product presentation and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations when needed.
  • Promote and sell store products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features, availability, and pricing.
  • Arrange and maintain product displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
  • Process customer requests and coordinate with other store staff when necessary.
  • Monitor product availability and report stock concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety standards.
