Saudi Company For Hardware (SACO) is seeking a qualified Salesman to promote products, drive sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising within retail environments while delivering exceptional customer service.
SALESMAN
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales, merchandising, retail operations, or a related field.
- Experience in hardware, FMCG, retail, or similar sales environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product merchandising, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Ability to communicate product applications, usage, promotions, new product launches, and key benefits to customers and store personnel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good reporting, data collection, and analytical skills.
- Good command of English; basic Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to customers while achieving sales targets.
- Communicate product features, benefits, applications, and promotional offers effectively.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and requirements.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Gather market information and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance summaries.
- Negotiate and improve product visibility within assigned retail areas.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and retail standards.
