EXECUTIVE/VIP DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Must be 45 years old or below.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an Executive Driver, VIP Driver, or Personal Driver.
• Must hold a Saudi Arabian Driver’s License, either valid or expired.
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must have a pleasant personality, professional attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have good knowledge of road safety rules, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
• Must be familiar with vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, and proper vehicle care.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and discreet when handling confidential matters.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working flexible schedules when required.
• Must have a ready passport.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives, VIPs, and authorized personnel to their destinations.
• Provide professional, courteous, and discreet driving services at all times.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and check fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and ready for scheduled trips.
• Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of executives and VIP passengers.
• Keep accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and related expenses.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic incidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
