Jana International Trading LLC is hiring Sales Representatives for deployment to Oman. The role involves promoting products, building strong customer and retailer relationships, increasing product visibility, and supporting sales growth across retail and merchandising channels

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

• Male/Female applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Experience within SACO, FMCG, retail, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to negotiate for improved product placement and visibility.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong sales, customer service, and merchandising skills.
• Good communication skills in English; basic Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and identify business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to retail customers and business clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, retail staff, and customers.
• Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and visibility within assigned outlets.
• Communicate product applications, usage instructions, promotions, new launches, and key benefits to store staff and customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with retailers.
• Conduct market visits and identify opportunities to increase sales performance.
• Negotiate display spaces and promotional activities to maximize product exposure.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Support achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional representation of the brand.
