SALES OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Must be at least a High School Graduate
• Experience in customer handling and sales operations is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct follow-ups on inquiries and leads to maximize sales conversions
• Present products and services to customers effectively
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries professionally
• Negotiate deals, contracts, and payment terms with customers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue goals
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records and sales reports
• Update and manage client information in the CRM database
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and market opportunities
