PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- TESDA Certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in basic office and administrative tasks
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and daily calendars.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence professionally.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents or materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Support executives or managers in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Assist in communication between departments when required.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
