Renmara Bakery is seeking friendly and reliable Cashiers for deployment to the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, assisting guests, and supporting daily bakery operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
CASHIER
Qualifications:
- Experience in cashiering, retail, bakery, café, restaurant, or customer service work is an advantage.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and payment processing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical and cash balancing skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing.
- Honest, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Issue receipts, handle refunds or exchanges, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and bakery item recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counters, display areas, and service stations.
- Monitor cash drawer balances and prepare end-of-shift cash reports.
- Coordinate with bakery and service staff to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Follow company procedures regarding cash handling, food safety, and workplace hygiene standards.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support other bakery operations and customer service activities as assigned by supervisors.
