Elite Construcciones is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support the company’s information technology infrastructure and systems in Equatorial Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for network administration, hardware and software support, server management, CCTV systems, and other IT-related functions to ensure reliable and efficient operations within a construction environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a construction environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure and network administration.
• Proficient in UniFi Server and MikroTik configuration and management.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining P2P network connections.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Synology NAS.
• Experienced in Hikvision IP CCTV installation and configuration.
• Proficient in web programming using SQL and PHP.
• Skilled in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and PC maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledgeable in structured cable management.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Filmora, and Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Google 365) and Google Domain administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain networking infrastructure and related equipment.
• Manage and support UniFi servers and MikroTik networking devices.
• Configure and maintain point-to-point (P2P) network connections.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and user access management.
• Install, configure, and maintain Synology NAS storage systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hikvision IP CCTV camera systems.
• Develop and maintain web applications using SQL and PHP.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Perform routine PC maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings related to IT installations and infrastructure.
• Organize and implement structured cable management for network and communication systems.
• Create and edit graphic materials using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Produce and edit videos using Filmora and Adobe After Effects.
• Administer Google Workspace (Google 365) and Google Domain services.
• Provide IT support for construction site operations and office requirements.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with company IT policies.
