Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and maintain high culinary standards.
• Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, measuring, and organizing food items for service.
• Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and instructions accurately.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to the required quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food storage areas.
• Handle, store, and label food products in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support senior chefs during food service and assist with daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels within the assigned section and report shortages when necessary.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food production.
