One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel is seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children. The successful candidate will assist in managing kids’ club activities, maintaining equipment, ensuring children’s safety, and delivering excellent guest service while following hotel recreation standards.
KIDS CLUB ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any of the following fields:
- Education/Teaching/Training
- Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management
- Hospitality/Tourism Management
- Related fields
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Previous experience in childcare or a similar kids club role is required.
- Genuine passion for working with children and a creative, caring approach.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, patient, and able to create a positive environment for children.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an inventory of all toys, games, and equipment available at the Kids Club.
- Ensure all toys and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Ensure parents or guardians complete registration forms accurately, including relevant information about the child’s history and requirements.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
- Assist in planning and conducting creative, educational, and recreational activities for children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Kids Club environment.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to children, parents, and hotel guests.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and childcare standards.
