MERCHANDISER
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage, Retail Management, or related field
- Must have a TESDA Certification or equivalent qualification
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory handling is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and product presentation skills
- Ability to work with sales and inventory teams effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform stocking and arranging duties
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display products in store shelves to ensure attractive and organized presentation.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and replenish items as needed.
- Ensure proper product placement according to company merchandising standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of product display areas.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Track product performance and report stock issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in implementing promotional displays and seasonal merchandising setups.
- Ensure compliance with store merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Support inventory control activities and assist in stock counting when required.
- Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to supervisors.
