HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (or related field)
- Must have a TESDA Certification or equivalent qualification
- Experience in operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, or bulldozers
- Strong understanding of safety standards and site regulations
- Ability to perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments
- Good attention to detail and responsible work attitude
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and similar machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on assigned equipment.
- Follow site plans, engineering instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in excavation, loading, digging, earthmoving, and material handling tasks.
- Ensure proper handling and operation of machinery to avoid accidents or damage.
- Report any equipment faults, breakdowns, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned machinery.
- Support site operations by coordinating with ground crews and other operators.
- Comply with all workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by site management.
