Sales Coordinator / Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality, Frontline Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the retail sales industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative tasks and retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
  • With a pleasing personality and able to maintain a professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily sales operations to ensure efficient store performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance goals.
  • Monitor sales activities, customer service standards, and staff productivity to maintain a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, merchandising, and product display management.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining records, scheduling staff, and handling documentation.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to support promotional activities and operational requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and service issues.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards expected in a luxury retail environment.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
