Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking a Rot Helper to assist production operators and maintenance teams in various industrial operations. This role provides essential support to ensure smooth and safe operations across production, utility, and mechanical processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a production helper, industrial helper, or in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and industrial safety practices.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators, technicians, and production teams with daily operational tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and housekeeping duties in the work area.
• Monitor equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Support setup, shutdown, and changeover activities in production processes.
• Maintain proper organization of workstations, tools, and materials.
• Provide general assistance to team members to ensure production targets and operational efficiency.
