Borderless Talent is seeking experienced and skilled Roofers to join a professional construction team in Belgium. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, including zinc roofing, roof tiles, and metal roofing, while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Roofer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of more than five (5) years of experience as a Roofer or in a related field.
• Proven experience in zinc roofing, roof tiles, and metal roofing.
• Skilled in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
• Able to work safely and efficiently at heights.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Perform zinc roofing, roof tile installation, and metal roofing works according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install roofing materials using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or structural issues and recommend suitable repair solutions.
• Ensure proper waterproofing, insulation, and weatherproofing of roofing systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite while complying with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Work safely at heights and use appropriate fall protection equipment at all times.
