AIS Global Group is seeking a qualified Roofer to install, repair, and maintain metal roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and successful completion of residential and commercial roofing projects.

ROOFER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Roofer.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Certificate of Employment (COE) must clearly indicate the position of Roofer.
• Experience in long-run metal roofing installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet project deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain long-run metal roofing systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately.
• Prepare roofing surfaces and structures before installation.
• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, sealing, and weatherproofing of roofing systems.
• Inspect completed roofing work to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Identify and report roofing defects, material shortages, or project issues.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
