Triple J Saipan, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace procedures.

The successful candidate should have at least 12 months of verifiable experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or in a comparable supervisory role within a restaurant or food service establishment.

Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or comparable supervisory position in a restaurant or food service establishment.
• Knowledge of computer applications used for:
  • Daily operational reports
  • Inventory records
  • Staff schedules
  • Restaurant documentation
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and records.
• Knowledge of restaurant inventory control procedures.
• Experience monitoring and replenishing food, beverages, liquor, small wares, equipment, uniforms, and other supplies.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to assist with kitchen operations during busy periods or staffing shortages.
• Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to understand and implement written operating procedures and work instructions.
• Good leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work split shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and other schedules based on operational requirements.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead, coordinate, and support restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and restaurant records.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and in accordance with company policies.
• Document customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Monitor food, beverage, equipment, small wares, uniforms, and other restaurant supplies.
• Conduct and maintain periodic inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
• Assist with kitchen operations during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Support food preparation and cooking activities when required.
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
• Implement company operating procedures, schedules, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Assist management with daily operational requirements and other assigned duties.
