We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily service and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient restaurant operations in a fine dining environment.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant (mandatory).
  • No minimum educational attainment required.
  • Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff; prepare work schedules aligned with peak hours.
  • Manage labor costs and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and minimize waste.
