We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily service and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient restaurant operations in a fine dining environment.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant (mandatory).
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff; prepare work schedules aligned with peak hours.
- Manage labor costs and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and minimize waste.
