Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
  • Must have experience in coffee preparation and customer service.
  • Latte art skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of different types of coffee and brewing methods is required.
  • Must possess a valid passport with at least 2.5 years validity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks.
  • Perform latte art as an added advantage to enhance drink presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of coffee beans and ingredients.
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow company standards for beverage preparation, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and positive café atmosphere.

We have a wide variety of single origin beans that we roast daily in-store. Each bean is carefully profiled to enhance its inherent flavours and aromas. The coffee is extracted using the hand built Slayer® espresso machine & paired with our in-house pastries
