Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Must have experience in coffee preparation and customer service.
- Latte art skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of different types of coffee and brewing methods is required.
- Must possess a valid passport with at least 2.5 years validity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Perform latte art as an added advantage to enhance drink presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of coffee beans and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow company standards for beverage preparation, hygiene, and food safety.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and positive café atmosphere.
