The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience in restaurant or café management, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Restaurant and Cafe Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or café management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant and café operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the establishment.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to meet operational needs.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
