RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services and memberships.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining records is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Cash handling and payment processing experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist gym members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage member check-ins and verify active memberships.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and gym classes.
- Maintain accurate member records and update information in the system.
- Answer inquiries regarding gym services, membership plans, facilities, and schedules.
- Process membership registrations, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist members with account-related concerns and service requests.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff regarding appointments and facility schedules.
- Monitor reception area cleanliness and maintain an organized front desk.
- Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Promote gym programs, memberships, and special offers to prospective clients.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and support the smooth daily operation of the gym.
