We are seeking a qualified and experienced ECT Inspector – Tube (Quality Assurance) for a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Eddy Current Testing (ECT) on steel tubes to detect surface and subsurface defects, ensuring all products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
ECT INSPECTOR – TUBA (QA)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Experience in Eddy Current Testing (ECT) and quality inspection of steel tubes/pipes
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures, inspection standards, and defect identification
- Familiar with operating ECT inspection equipment and interpreting test results
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform Eddy Current Testing (ECT) on steel tubes and pipes in accordance with quality standards
- Inspect products for surface and subsurface defects and identify non-conforming materials
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain ECT inspection equipment
- Record inspection results accurately and prepare quality reports
- Coordinate with production personnel to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, customer specifications, and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
