We are hiring a qualified and experienced Post Process Foreman for a leading company in the steel pipe manufacturing industry in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise and manage post-processing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.
POST PROCESS FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have solid experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of post-processing operations (e.g., finishing, inspection, handling, and related processes)
- Ability to supervise workers and manage production flow effectively
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment
- With good discipline, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily post-processing activities in the production line
- Ensure all finished steel pipes meet required quality standards
- Monitor workflow and coordinate with production teams
- Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity targets are met
- Report production issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain proper documentation of output and inspection results
