We are hiring a skilled and experienced Pipe Straightening Operator (Production) for a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for operating pipe straightening machines and ensuring finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
PIPE STRAIGHTENING OP (PRODUCTION)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in pipe straightening operations and production processes
- Ability to operate and monitor industrial straightening machines
- Strong understanding of quality control standards in pipe production
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
- With good discipline and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Operate pipe straightening machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect pipes before and after straightening to ensure quality standards
- Adjust machine settings based on production requirements
- Monitor production flow and report any abnormalities or defects
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine issues
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment
