Quality Inspector

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or a related or similar field.
• Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, product inspection, sampling, and quality documentation is an advantage.
• Must have good attention to detail and the ability to identify product or packaging defects.
• Must be able to accurately prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Good communication and coordination skills are required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and chemical ingredients before they are released for production.
• Perform in-process quality inspections throughout the detergent manufacturing process to ensure products meet approved specifications.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of finished detergent products, including:
  • Product appearance and color
    Fragrance consistency
  • Packaging quality
  • Filling accuracy
  • Labeling and coding
  • Seal integrity
• Collect product samples for laboratory testing and maintain retained reference samples as required.
• Verify production parameters and ensure manufacturing activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify, segregate, document, and report non-conforming materials and products.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance departments to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards within production areas.
• Ensure quality inspection activities are performed consistently according to company procedures and approved quality standards.
• Report quality deviations and potential product defects to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inspections, sampling, testing, and non-conforming products.
