Jobrela is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers or Manufacturing Operators to join a manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will operate basic production or assembly equipment, assemble and prepare products or components, and perform manual production tasks according to established work instructions and quality standards. Previous experience in manufacturing, factory, assembly, warehouse, or production work is preferred.

Production Worker or Manufacturing Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience is required.
• At least high school graduate.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, factory, assembly, warehouse, or production work is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic production or assembly equipment.
• Ability to assemble and prepare products or components according to work instructions.
• Able to perform manual production tasks accurately and consistently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and performing repetitive production tasks.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and established production procedures.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production requirements.
• Responsible, reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Operate basic production, assembly, and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble products, parts, components, and materials according to work instructions.
• Perform manual production tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow production instructions, operating procedures, and assigned work schedules.
• Prepare raw materials, components, tools, and supplies needed for production.
• Feed or load materials into production machines and equipment as required.
• Perform basic machine or equipment adjustments within the scope of assigned duties.
• Inspect finished products and components for visible defects, damage, or incorrect assembly.
• Follow required quality standards and production specifications.
• Sort, count, pack, label, and prepare completed products for storage or shipment.
• Handle materials, components, and finished products safely and properly.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation throughout the production process.
• Keep production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations clean and orderly.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report defective products, equipment problems, material shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory and material-handling activities when required.
• Minimize material waste by following proper handling, assembly, and production procedures.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine care of assigned equipment as instructed.
• Follow company policies, workplace rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other production, assembly, packaging, or manufacturing duties assigned by management.
