KAISER s.r.o. is seeking experienced and physically fit Production Operators to work in wood processing and production operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will perform quality control, material handling, sorting, stacking, planing-line feeding, forklift operations, workplace cleaning, and other auxiliary production tasks while following workplace safety and production procedures.

Production Operator (Wood Working Production)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in wood production.
• Male applicants, age 23–45 years old.
• Physically strong, healthy, and capable of performing manual work in a wood-processing production environment.
• Experience in wood production, lumber handling, sorting, stacking, or related manufacturing operations.
• Forklift operating experience is an advantage.
• Wheel loader operating experience is an advantage.
• Experience operating a manual electric pallet truck is an advantage.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hands-on production tasks.
• Excellent health and physical fitness.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Diligent, responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
• Willingness to learn new production skills, equipment, and work procedures.
• Willingness to learn the Czech language.
• Strong commitment to occupational health and safety requirements.
• Able to follow instructions, workplace rules, and safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for work.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic quality control and inspection of wood products and materials.
• Carry out production tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor or superior.
• Perform simple manual work involved in wood processing and production operations.
• Feed wood cuttings, lumber, and other materials into designated production areas or equipment.
• Sort wood cuttings, lumber, and other production materials according to established requirements.
• Stack and organize lumber safely and efficiently in designated areas.
• Feed and maintain the supply of materials to the planing line.
• Monitor the production line and ensure adequate material supply for continuous operations.
• Check the fullness of crates, boxes, and containers and replace them when necessary.
• Move and position materials, boxes, and production items within the work area.
• Operate forklifts when authorized and appropriately qualified.
• Perform basic checks of forklifts and report any defects or operating problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and movement of wood materials as required.
• Operate a manual electric pallet truck when authorized and required.
• Assist with wheel-loader operations when appropriately trained and authorized.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the production area.
• Regularly clean workstations, equipment areas, production floors, and surrounding workspaces.
• Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and supervisor directives.
• Follow all applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe material-handling practices.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, equipment problems, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other simple auxiliary production tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with supervisors and other production workers.
