JAP FUTURE s.r.o. is seeking a qualified Production Operator to operate production machinery, support assembly line operations, and assist in the manufacturing and packaging of pocket doors, loft ladders, and related components while ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
Production Operator
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 25–40 years old (male applicants only).
- Minimum height: 160–165 cm.
- Must be in very good physical health condition.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy components (frames, door casings, etc.).
- Minimum experience in a similar production or manufacturing position is required.
- Able to communicate in English and willing to learn basic Czech language.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow production instructions.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press machines and use electric or pneumatic screwdrivers in production processes.
- Monitor and control the smooth operation of rolling and clinching production lines.
- Perform manual assembly of pocket door components and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of loft ladders and attic stairs for dispatch.
- Conduct careful inspection of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in powder coating shop tasks and surface treatment processes when needed.
- Package finished products securely for shipment and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.Follow safety pr
- ocedures and company production guidelines at all times.
- Support team members in achieving daily production targets.
