Production Operator (Die-Cutting Machine)

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–40 years old
• Experience in machine operation (die-cutting machine preferred)
• Skilled in machine adjustment and mold changing
• Able to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge in computer operation (PC)
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and productivity
• Physically fit and in good health
• Able to quickly adapt to workplace environment
• TESDA certificate is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust die-cutting machines
• Perform mold changing and machine setup
• Conduct machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve common production issues
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Perform basic PC-related tasks for machine operation and reporting

Requirements:

• Valid passport
• Detailed Resume
• High School / College Diploma
• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
