HVAC SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and supervisory roles.
• Strong experience in supervising HVAC ducting works, repair, maintenance, installation, and modification projects.
• Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing operational issues.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, and air distribution balancing.
• Ability to use computer-based HVAC software programs and engineering applications.
• Capable of interpreting testing, balancing, and performance reports.
• Experience handling modern HVAC control systems and electronic circuits.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Must be capable of acquiring:
  • Saudi Aramco Work Permit Certificate
  • CWQAP Certification
  • Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and modification activities.
• Oversee HVAC ducting fabrication, installation, and inspection works.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities of HVAC technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and review duct sizing requirements.
• Ensure proper balancing of air distribution systems.
• Interpret technical reports, drawings, schematics, and engineering documents.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and work progress updates.
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
