Kronospan OSB S.R.O. is seeking experienced and reliable Production Line Operators to support the manufacturing, quality inspection, sorting, packing, and handling of laminated board products in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will operate production and packing equipment, conduct quality checks using measuring instruments, prepare products for shipment, assist with line maintenance and repairs, and follow strict safety and production procedures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in production or on a packing line.
- Male applicants for this position.
- Age: 25–43 years old.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience operating production machinery, packing equipment, or industrial production lines.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hands-on production tasks.
- Good understanding of quality inspection, production procedures, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining required production quality and timing.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Forklift driving experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn the Czech language.
- Good health and physically fit for industrial production work.
- Able to undergo tone audiometry/hearing assessment as required.
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Willing to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new production processes.
- Strong commitment to quality, productivity, and long-term cooperation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform final inspection and sorting of produced boards according to established quality requirements.
- Operate production equipment strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions and company procedures.
- Operate the board sorting control panel and monitor production line performance.
- Work with K-soft and WMS production programs for production records, label printing, and related documentation.
- Comply with applicable ČSN EN standards relating to the production of laminated boards.
- Take samples of produced materials for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment such as a gloss meter, spectral photometer, and thickness gauge.
- Monitor product dimensions, appearance, surface quality, and other required specifications.
- Coordinate with the press operator during press plate replacement and related production activities.
- Operate the strapping and packing line according to production requirements.
- Check the correct operation of packing and strapping equipment.
- Ensure prepared packages are strapped correctly, securely, evenly, and according to specifications.
- Refill steel strapping into designated boxes and containers as required.
- Manually refill wooden spacers into designated containers.
- Manually rearrange and strap smaller quantities of boards within packages when required.
- Ensure packages are properly aligned and secured before handling or dispatch.
- Follow equipment manufacturer’s instructions and established operating procedures at all times.
- Participate in production-line repairs and assist maintenance personnel when required.
- Participate in regular preventive maintenance of production and packing equipment.
- Help maintain the proper technical condition of assigned equipment and work areas.
- Assist with cleaning production areas, equipment, and surrounding workspaces.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and good housekeeping throughout the workplace.
- Follow company operating regulations and internal production procedures.
- Operate forklifts when authorized and appropriately licensed.
- Conduct basic checks of forklift condition and report defects or technical problems.
- Comply with forklift manufacturer’s requirements and workplace safety rules.
- Maintain a valid forklift driving qualification as required for the assigned equipment.
- Follow all applicable occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire-prevention (OSH, HSE, FP) requirements.
- Report production defects, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and other concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties according to the supervisor’s instructions, including assisting other departments when required.
