Placewell International Services Corp. is currently seeking highly qualified Production Line Operators for its accredited client, COOPERANTE D.O.O., in Croatia. This opportunity is ideal for experienced manufacturing and factory professionals with strong technical and production line experience.

PRODUCTION LINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only, up to 40 years old.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same industry is required.
• Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
  Intermediate English communication skills are required.
• Technical education or background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or production work is preferred.
• Ability to monitor production quality standards and operate industrial machinery properly.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills for working with supervisors and production personnel.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow safety and operational procedures.
• Specialized Areas of Work:
  • Cable production lines
  • Aluminium and copper casting
  • Insulation and cable sheathing extrusion lines
  • Continuous Vulcanization Lines (CV Line)
  • Production of low, medium, and high-voltage cables

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor cable production machinery and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in aluminum and copper casting processes according to production specifications.
• Handle insulation and cable sheathing extrusion line operations efficiently and safely.
• Support continuous vulcanization line (CV Line) production activities.
• Monitor production quality and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and production equipment.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and fellow production workers to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, and finished cable products during manufacturing operations.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,100 – €2,000 EUR
