We are hiring experienced Production Cooks for a reputable catering company in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be assigned in the Central Kitchen and will be responsible for daily food production tasks, ensuring accurate preparation, portioning, and compliance with company recipes, production plans, and food safety standards.

PRODUCTION COOK

Qualifications:

• Open for Male and Female applicants
• Age: 25–39 years old
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must NOT be an ex-Kuwait worker
• Experience as a Production Cook, Commis, or in a Central Kitchen / commercial kitchen setting
• Knowledgeable in food preparation, portioning, and standard recipes
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily food production tasks in the Central Kitchen
• Prepare, cook, and portion food according to standard recipes and production plans
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures at all times
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, portioning, and ingredient usage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to meet daily production targets
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior kitchen staff
